THE AUBURN CHAPTER OF FARMHOUSE

These are designated funds set up by the chapter and are listed below. The funds go directly to the Auburn FarmHouse Association Board who oversees that the funds are spent properly. 

Building Fund

The money given to the building fund is used for capital improvements to the house that are noneducational. Two recently completed capital projects are repainting interior common areas of the house and repairing plumbing in the kitchen. Each gift to the building fund goes a long way in helping the chapter maintain a fully functioning and updated house.

SCHOLARSHIP FUND

CHAPLAIN FUND

The chaplain fund is established for use by the fraternity chaplains promoting Christian growth and spiritual development. Funds are used to supply books for bible studies, prayer breakfasts, and any other form of spiritual needs as determined by the chaplains.

CAMPUS INVOLVEMENT GRANT

A grant in the amount of $250.00 may be awarded to a brother that is seeking election to a major campus office such as SGA President, Vice President, Treasurer. This grant is used to offset the costs associated with elections.

MOM ESTES SCHOLARSHIP

A scholarship in memory of our former House Mother, Mom Helen Estes is awarded each Spring semester. The scholarship is given to a brother that best exemplifies the servitude towards the fraternity, campus, and community as shown to us by Mom Estes.

christian missions grant

A grant awarded to an active brother that will be completing volunteer mission work in which he is required to raise funds. The mission trip typically occurs during Spring Break or Summer and involves a “sacrifice of time, pleasures, and comforts”.

the Farmhouse foundation

This is a tax deductible donation. The money is donated to the Foundation's building fund and will be exclusively used on the allocated educational portion of the new house.
